Complete 2019 Forms

Compliance Documents to demonstrate compliance with the 2019 Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Energy Code).

Please download and save the form to your computer. Then use Adobe Acrobat Reader 2017 (free download link below) to complete the dynamic pdfs. When complete, submit to the Authority Having Jurisdiction.

If you have not previously installed Adobe Acrobat Reader 2017, you will need to download the base release for Mac OS or Windows and then update to the most current version using the patch release for Mac OS or Windows. If you have previously installed Adobe Acrobat Reader 2017, you can use the patch release to ensure you have the most current version.

CF1R Forms

These Residential Certificates of Compliance (CF1R) are to be used only for Addition or Alteration projects which do not require any HERS verification. If your project scope does not meet this criteria, CF1R documents will need to be completed through a HERS Provider’s registry. More information can be found here.
CF1R documents are to demonstrate the project design and equipment are compliant with the Energy Code at time of permit application. Please use Adobe Acrobat Reader 2017 (free) to complete the dynamic pdfs and submit to the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
