Cooler-freezer

means a cabinet, used with one or more doors, that has a source of refrigeration that requires single-phase, alternating current electric energy input only, and consists of two or more compartments, including at least one cooler compartment as defined in 10 C.F.R. part 430, Appendix A of subpart B, where the remaining compartment(s) are capable of maintaining compartment temperatures at 0^oF (-17.8^oC) or below as determined according to the provisions in 10 C.F.R. section 429.61(d)(2).
